Condenser Fan Motor Replacement
Standard replacement of condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor per industry standards.
This is a standard condenser fan motor replacement, wherein we remove and replace the condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor to ensure proper unit repair.
Definition: The condenser fan motor plays a vital role in how well your HVAC system works, and is located within the condensing unit. Its purpose is to transfer heat from the refrigerant system into outdoor air, which keeps the compressor from over-heating.
Scope of Work
- Perform required lockout/tag out safety protocol of NFPA70E of all high voltage electrical circuits prior to beginning work on the unit.
- Remove and replace condenser fan motor with new replacement
- Furnish and install (1) new blade on condenser fan motor and confirm balance.
- Remove and replace existing condenser fan motor capacitor.
- Basic start-up and testing of newly installed condenser fan motor to ensure that it is performing with in manufacturers specifications as per the unit’s nomenclature.
