General Warranty

Direct Service, Construction & Design warrants that all materials furnished and work performed in conjunction with completed services will be free from defects due to defective materials and/or workmanship for a period of (1) ONE year from the date of installation (the “Warranty”).   This Warranty does not include normal wear and tear and/or product abuse and specifically excludes light bulbs, fuses, belts or other expendable items of any type.  

Should any defect develop during the Warranty Period due to defective material(s) or workmanship, Direct shall be provided the opportunity to have one of its representatives assess the defect and identify the cause thereof.  If said defect is determined to be the fault of Direct’s materials and/or workmanship, Direct will, at no cost to Owner, repair or replace the defective material(s) and/or work.  This Warranty shall not apply to materials and/or work that has been abused or neglected by the Owner or any third party due to lack of routine preventative maintenance or other maintenance required as part of the manufacturer's recommendations.
