Thermostat Replacement

Standard replacement of thermostat per industry standards.

This is a standard thermostat replacement, wherein we remove and replace the existing thermostat with a new programmable smart thermostat. 

Definition: A thermostat is a a device that automatically regulates temperature, or that activates a device when the temperature reaches a certain point.

Scope of Work

1.   Existing thermostat is recommended for replacement with a more modern digital style thermostat due to age and condition of current thermostat.
2.   Furnish and install (1) new digital-programmable multi-stage thermostat.
3.   Configure newly-installed thermostat for proper operation with existing HVAC equipment and program schedule as per client needs.
4.   Basic system start-up and testing to ensure proper operation prior to departure.
