Toilet Replacement

Standard replacement of floor or wall-mounted toilet per industry standards.

This is a standard toilet replacement, wherein we remove and replace the toilet with a new one. 

Scope of Work

1.   Remove and dispose of existing toilet.
2.   Furnish and install new floor/wall-mounted toilet with appropriate outlet.
3.   Reinstall existing flush valve or replace as needed at new toilet.
4.   Furnish and install new wax ring.
5.   Furnish and install new closet bolts.
6.   Install silicone to secure toilet to floor.
7.   Water is typically not shut off unless replacement of the angle-stops or wall mounted flush valve is required. 
8.   Testing of newly installed toilet to ensure that it is performing within full operation prior to departure.
