Water Heater Replacement

Standard replacement of water heater per industry standards.

This is a standard water heater replacement, wherein we remove and replace the existing water heater with a new one. 

Definition:  A water heater is an appliance consisting of a gas or electric heating unit under a tank in which water is heated and stored.

Scope of Work

1.   Disconnect, drain, and remove existing water heater.
2.   Water is typically shut off for the duration of the water heater replacement. 
3.   Furnish and install (1) new appropriately sized drain pan.
4.   Furnish and install (1) new water heater.
5.   Furnish and install new vacuum breaker and water heater supply lines.
6.   Reconnect new water heater to existing water and electrical OR gas hookups.
7.   Does not include any unrelated electrical or plumbing work.
