Loading Dock Sump Pump Replacement

Standard replacement of loading dock sump pump per industry standards.

This is a standard loading dock pump replacement, wherein we remove the old pump at the loading dock and replace it with a new one.

Definition:  Loading docks are known for being low-set, thus putting them at high risk for flooding during heavy rain situations.  Having a pump at these docks is extremely common to help pump this water out of the docks and get them back into full-operation.  Hence, it's important to replace these when they go out to keep the loading bays clear of water.

Scope of Work

  1.   Drain water from loading dock if water present.
  2.   Remove and dispose of existing sump pump.
  3.   Pressure wash loading dock and discard any trash and/or debris.
  4.   Furnish and install (1) new sump pump.
  5.   Furnish and install (1) new check valve.
  6.   Install new drain line and appropriate fittings.
  7.   Full operational testing upon completion and prior to site departure.
